Leona has officially started solid food, sort of
This is my oatmeal
Leona started having oatmeal on her 5 month birthday. Her oatmeal is a finely ground oatmeal as this is regular oatmeal. Cecelia and Kevin reported that she liked her oatmeal mixed with milk. As it turned out, I had oatmeal in the morning too!
Leona had rice cereal in her milk earlier in her life, to help her ‘bulk up’. She did not care for it at all. I always considered it like wallpaper paste. The more liquid you added to the rice cereal, the more it stayed the same. Cecelia is thinking of letting Leona try rice cereal at another time.
