Babies and Swing Chairs

Leona enjoys various chairs

Leona has a variety of chairs.

Kevin and Cecelia have the pleasure to use these chairs from Kevin’s sister. Each child is unique on the type of chair that they enjoy being in. The blue chair is what I would call a ‘rumble’ seat and has a vibrating function. The yellow chair fits in the automatic swinging mechanism, that plays music and swings. Leona enjoys each seat for just a short period of time. She seems to enjoy things that play music.

Rocking Lounge Chair

Leona’s cousin, Heidi, has grown to be too big for this chair. When an infant can get out the chair, it’s time to stop using it.  I call this the ‘Rocking Lounge Chair’. This reminds me of the old-fashioned wooden summer chairs that I grew up with.

This chair can be either stationary or a rocker, and has a vibrating, music and vibrating with music options. Cecelia and Kevin is letting Baba & Grandpa Fox, have this chair at our house for Leona to use.

We test drove the chair while having lunch today. The rocker is operated by Baba’s right foot.  Good thing I’m used to tapping my foot to keep rhythm while playing an instrument as that is how this runs.  Leona used it for a short time, but then it was time for her lunch.  She had a long nap and didn’t use the chair again that day.
